Hey there! If you're dealing with wavy, fine, and frizz-prone hair like mine, this routine might help smooth things out.
Here’s what works best for me to keep my strands soft, healthy, and manageable!
Twice a week, I pamper my hair with a nourishing mask before showering. I apply it from roots to tips and let it sit for around 15–20 minutes. My current favorite is the Shea Butter Strengthen & Restore Treatment Masque. It gives my hair that much-needed hydration boost.
After the mask, I wash my hair using the Tsubaki Premium Moist & Repair shampoo. Because I tend to sweat a lot, I shampoo daily, which keeps my scalp fresh without over-drying.
Once rinsed, I use conditioner mainly from the mid-lengths to the ends. I leave it in for about 10 minutes, focusing on the damaged areas—especially the knot-prone, fragile ends.
Since daily washing can lead to dryness, I follow up with a lightweight treatment to restore moisture and smoothness. I leave this on for about five minutes—it makes a noticeable difference in how soft and easy to detangle my hair is.
I avoid rough towel-drying. Instead, I gently wrap my hair to absorb moisture, then let it air dry. Before it dries completely, I apply a few drops of Claire Lavender & Rosemary hair oil to the ends for added shine and protection.
That’s the full routine I swear by! Everyone’s hair is different, but this has really helped me maintain soft, frizz-free waves. What does your haircare routine look like? Feel free to share your go-to tips too!
